What is Exercise Physiology?
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are Allied Health Professionals who are university-qualified to design and prescribe an effective exercise intervention for people with acute, sub-acute, chronic conditions, injuries, or disabilities. AEPs use evidence-based practice to treat pathologies such as cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respirator / pulmonary, mental health, and many more.

Why Should I See An Exercise Physiologist?
There are many reasons why you should visit an Exercise Physiologist. The main reason why most people see an Exercise Physiologist over a Personal Trainer, or a Physiotherapist is that Personal Trainers do not have the extensive medical studies than an Exercise Physiologist does and Physiotherapist do not specialise in exercise therapy or prescription. Exercise Physiologist's aim is to prevent and manage acute, sub-acute, or chronic disease or injury to return an individual's physical and mental function as well as their health and well-being.
